Event Viewer: COM Server application errors
The Event Viewer returns an error; here is an example of such an error:

Description:
The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with
CLSID {45A72F04-84E3-4348-84BB-AC2D77D34D7E}to the user DOMAIN\saxtuser
SID (S-1-5-21-2599371750-3533607349-2569419959-3072).
This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
Where DOMAIN\saxtuser is the impersonation account as set during the installation process and defined in your web.config file.
Resolution
1 Start Administrative Tools > Component Services > Computers > My Computer > DCOM Config.
2 Find SA2001.Lexus.
3 Right-click, and then click Properties > Security tab.
4 Under Launch and Activation Permissions, click Customize, and then click Edit.
5 Add the impersonation account configured and give it Full Control. In this example, DOMAIN\saxtuser is used, but actual values differ at each site. For more details, see the Microsoft TechNet article:
