Click a symbol, and then drag the entire group to the new position.
To restrict the movement of symbols to only vertical or horizontal, press Shift and then drag the symbols.
Movement of multiple line symbols is permitted in certain cases. Where all selected lines are connected between the same pair of non-elliptical symbols and they are right-edge to left-edge or bottom-edge to top-edge, restriction of movement is made based on the available area the lines can be connected in at each edge, taking into account the current endpoint positions.
