Assigning Competencies and Teams to Roles
You can use the matrix editor to associate Competencies or Teams to a Role.
1 Select View > Matrix Browser.
2 In the Matrix Browser, click the Organization tab.
3 Double-click the Role to Competency matrix or the Team to Role matrix.
4 Follow the instructions in the matrix wizard.
