Strategies
According to the Business Rules Group, a Strategy is one component of the plan for the Mission. A Strategy represents the essential Course of Action to achieve Goals, or the right approach that the organization should take to achieve its Goals, given the environmental constraints and risks the organization faces.
Also, Strategy is supported by Business Goals. These relationships are formed through respective matrices. See the help topics on Enterprise Direction diagrams for details.
You can model Strategies on the Enterprise Direction diagram, which supports the Business Motivation Model (BMM).
Example strategies
Improve existing reservation experience.
Attract and retain quality employees.
