This menu option sets up the encyclopedia to support read-only access from SA XT.

Menu item Publish Optimized XT Reader Views has different effects depending on where you select it:

Tools menu
Publishes all views; all users and groups for all encyclopedias.

For a selection of users and groups
Publishes only the users'/groups' encyclopedias for those users/groups.

For any Users & Groups node
Publishes all views; all users and groups for all encyclopedias.

For any Encyclopedias node
All users and groups for the contained encyclopedias.

For a selection of encyclopedias
Publishes only for those encyclopedias and the users/groups they are related to.
