Validating the model will ensure that all required simulation values have been set, and you have not made any typographical errors such as setting the total probability percentage of flows leaving a junction to over 100 percent.
1 Validate the model by selecting Tools > SA Simulator > Validate Simulation.
2 You will be prompted to save the diagram; click Yes.
The diagram will be validated, and a report will be provided to you on the screen, detailing any errors. Any errors marked with an asterisk (*) are errors that must be fixed before you run the simulation. Those that are not marked with an asterisk are considered not crucial – you may run the simulation without fixing them.
