Use this command to change the appearance of a diagram and its symbols, such as the page boundaries, rulers, grids, shadow symbols, and text. To access the display options for an open diagram, click Format > Diagram Format > Display Options. The display options are saved as diagram properties. When you reopen a closed diagram, the options retain their settings from the prior session.
