SvcV-01 Services Context Description diagrams (DoDAF 2)
The SvcV-01 Services Context Description diagram addresses the structure and interaction of services. A SvcV-01 can show the understanding of a requirement specified in an OV-02 Resource Flow Description for example, in a 'To Be' architectural description and so there can be many alternative models. The main focus is on the resource flow and the service providing the resources.
The artifacts modeled on the SvcV-01 diagram include:

▪Resource Flow line: Drawn between Performers, the Resource Flow line enables you to specify Information and Resources that are passed between Systems.

▪ServicePartOfService line: Drawn between Services.
