Creating OV-5 activity model diagrams (ABM for DoDAF)
You build OV-5 Activity Models using IDEF0 notation, by building a layered set of diagrams, starting with a Context diagram that has one Activity on it. You then decompose the activity to lower diagrams that show greater detail.
You can create an OV-5 activity model diagram by using one of the following methods:
▪Create a new OV-5 context diagram and build down from there.
▪Automatically generate a hierarchy of OV-5 Operational Activity Models from an OV-5 Node tree diagram.
