You can free-draw UOB symbols and ICOM arrows on IDEF0 diagrams. Alternately, you can enable the Automatic Geometry drawing mode. When this mode has been turned on for an IDEF0 diagram, placement of UOB symbols and ICOM arrows is controlled to predefined positioning.
