Connector
In NAF 4 and UAF specification, a Connector is a relationship line drawn between two Roles (which corresponds to the UML software design concept of a logical Connector between two Objects, which are instantiations of a Class). In the UAF specification, a Connector holds an OperationalExchange.
Connector is not used in System Architect’s NAF 4 and UAF implementation – Roles (alias OperationalPerformer PerformsInContext OperationalActivity) have OperationalExchanges drawn directly between them, to more naturally implement the DoDAF 2 DM2, NAF 3.1, and MODAF 1.2 domain metamodels.
