It is not necessary to enter the entire name; the search criteria is based on the concept "starts with." For example, if you would like to include all the definitions of symbols contained in diagrams whose names start with "Library," entering that word would produce a list including Library Context Diagram, Library System Level 0, Library Database, and so on.
