The Decomposition menu item under the Draw menu allows you to automatically generate symbols. There are three submenu items under this command: Functional decomposition diagrams, Diagram Hierarchy Diagram, and Diagram Explosion Diagram. Each of these options produces a different view of the current encyclopedia.

When you select any command from the submenu under Draw, Decomposition, the Select for Automatic Decomposition dialog box is shown. Refer to the specific type of decomposition you want for details. The image below shows the Select for Automatic Decomposition dialog box.
