Importing a user props file into a production encyclopedia
After making your customizations you are now ready to use them in your production Encyclopedia. You can import the User Props Files file by doing the following:
1 Select Tools > Customize User Properties > Import USRPROPS.TXT (Encyclopedia) to import the file into the Files table of the encyclopedia.
2 Reopen the encyclopedia (File > Encyclopedia Open command) to make your changes take effect.
