Use the ORDERBY command to change the sort order of your report output. The way your report information is sorted has an amazing effect on the report’s readability and usefulness.

For example, if you construct a report that will extract the name and type of each symbol in each entity relation diagram in your project and the purpose for reporting this information is to verify each symbol name, you will want to sort by name within type rather than the other way around.

In this way, you can use the report to easily find the symbol name first and then verify it is the correct type.
