Duplicating a report
Use the Duplicate button in the Report dialog to edit an existing report while keeping the original report intact. Duplicating a report makes an instant copy of the original.
1 Display a list of reports in the Reports dialog.
2 Select the report you want to duplicate.
3 Click Duplicate.
A unique report name is created for the new report by adding a number to the report name. That number is incremented by one for each copy of the same report. The report commands are duplicated in the same Report Definition file as the original report.
Click Edit (see Edit <report name> dialog) to modify the duplicate report.
Note Remember to give the report a new name and description that more closely matches its new function.
