Select column header and placement

Use these SELECT subcommands to print a heading for each column and to position the placement of each heading.

LABEL [ LEFT | TOP | NONE ]

Use the LABEL subcommand to print and position the column heading.

SIZE) X,Y

Use the SIZE subcommand to specify the width and line spacing for a field.

POS X,Y

Use the POS subcommand to position the fields resulting from the SELECT command in side-by-side columns or one-under-the-other columns.

WIDTH X

Use the WIDTH subcommand to specify how wide a column should be.
