Select HTML as the report type.
Tick option Raw Data.
Specify stylesheet Nested Tables2.xsl.
Specify an output file.
Report script requirements are:

Use the stylesheet name nested tables2.xsl in the report reference added to a page file.
Data from subreports will not be presented in reports specified within components.
