Example – child symbols relation pair
Each of the three kinds child symbols are related differently. The levels of child symbols are, higher level symbols, lower level symbols, and child symbols that are “siblings” of other child symbols.
The following figure shows these relationships and explains their usage in hierarchical diagrams:
