Overrides the decimal setting if the Microsoft Windows International dialog is set to use “,” or other characters as a decimal separator. If this line is missing from the .RPT file and “.” is not the decimal separator selected in the Windows configuration, an error will occur when the .RPT file is loaded.
Note If the .RPT file does not contain this line, a text editor must be used to add it to the Global Settings section before all other SETTING commands or FIELD commands that contain a decimal. The Report Editor cannot be used to make these changes.
