You can create a list of bookmarks to pages that you frequently access, so that they are readily available to you each time you peruse the repository through System Architect XT. Bookmarks are specific to the user/encyclopedia; bookmarks are intended to be used for links to encyclopedia-specific pages.
To set a bookmark
1 Navigate to the page you want to bookmark.
2 Click the Bookmark link at the top of the page.
The URL of the page is in the Link Target field at the bottom of the page.
3 Specify a name for the bookmark in the Bookmark Title field.
4 Click Add, and then click Submit.
To manage your bookmarks
1 Click Manage my bookmarks on any System Architect XT page.
2 On the Manage my Bookmarks page, current bookmarks are listed in the middle of the page. Click a bookmark; change its Link Title or Link Target; and then click Update.
3 To change the position of the bookmarks, as displayed on the right of every System Architect XT page, select a bookmark, and then click Up or Down.
4 To remove a bookmark, select it, and then click Remove.
