You may create a list of bookmarks to pages that you frequently access, so that they are readily available to you each time you peruse the repository through System Architect XT. Bookmarks are specific to the user/encyclopedia; bookmarks are intended to be used for links to encyclopedia-specific pages.
To set a bookmark
1 Click the URL for the webpage you want to view. If the Automatic Logon option in your browser is set to “off” (in Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox), you might be asked to submit your user credentials to access the System Architect XT.
2 Enter login credentials (if prompted).
3 Click OK. A new session is started on the webpage URL.
