You must click Log Out on any System Architect XT page to log out of a session. Closing all web pages (by clicking “X” in the top right-hand corner of the web pages, or selecting File > Close) does not log you out of the System Architect XT session. If you just close all browser windows, you remain logged in to the session until you are timed out.

If you do not perform any activities, or read new pages, in a System Architect XT session, you are automatically logged out of the session after 20 minutes. The session timeout is set in the web.config file, in the application folder on the server. A System Administrator can change the timeout value in this file: see Session and execution timeouts.
