For System Architect XT, these XML template files exist on the server and can not be directly edited by the end user.
The general procedure to modify XML report templates is as follows:
1 The Administrator makes a copy of the XML templates and provide them to the end user.
2 The end user either changes the XML templates, or uses an existing template as the basis for a new template.
3 The end user provides the changed or new XML templates back to the Administrator, who can put them back in the correct System Architect XT directory on the server, usually:
