The catalog is not at the same version as System Architect XT
▪Ensure that the catalog and System Architect XT are at the same version.
▪If System Architect XT was upgraded to a later version, upgrade the catalog by using a user account with Admin permissions.
▪If System Architect XT was downgraded to an earlier version, recreate the catalog in the same version.
The users exist in the catalog but are not associated with an encyclopedia
Ensure that the user has the encyclopedia associated in the catalog.
The users exist in the catalog but their names are specified with a forward slash (/) instead of a back slash (\)
Correct the users name in the catalog.
The users exist in the catalog but the case of their names is incorrect
To verify the actual user name being used, in the System Architect XT login dialog click View all sessions. The Login name should be defined exactly the same as it is defined in the catalog for the server.
The Login page is loaded using an alias
