Ensure that a valid license exists and is being used for System Architect XT.
The ILAC state has been changed
The property set must be recompiled by opening the encyclopedia using System Architect.
The saprp409.bin file in the SA2001.Log file is out of date
This can happen when the encyclopedia has been opened on a machine in which the time is not synchronized with the System Architect XT server. You can fix this as follows:
1 Open System Architect Encyclopedia Manager on a machine which has the same time as the System Architect XT server.
2 Connect to the server.
3 Click List of databases on the server, and then select the encyclopedia.
4 Click Tools> File Manager.
5 Select the file saprp409.bin, and then click Delete the currently selected files.
6 Open System Architect on the same machine. This automatically recompiles the file saprp409.bin with the correct timestamp.
After a file export was requested, GetTempFileName returned error 267 in the file SA2001.Log
Ensure that the impersonation account has write permissions for the ProfilePath location in C:\Program Files\UNICOM Systems\System Architect Suite\System Architect\FilePaths.xml and for the Temp folder on the system.
The impersonation account does not have the correct Microsoft SQL Server permissions
The SQL administrator should verify that the impersonation account has the correct SQL Server permissions on the databases (encyclopedias) that are being accessed in System Architect or System Architect XT. For more information, see “Server Roles and Permissions” in the System Architect and System Architect XT Installation Guide.
The Impersonation Account does not have FULL CONTROL permission on the Default User profile, normally C:\Documents and Settings\Default User
Grant the Impersonation Account FULL CONTROL permission on the Default User profile.
A message box is displayed when you open an encyclopedia
Open the encyclopedia in System Architect, respond to all message boxes (for example, about updating properties) to ensure they will not appear again.
The encyclopedia was upgraded without the Optimized XT Reader option
1 Open System Architect Encyclopedia Manager, and then connect to the server.
2 Click List of databases on the server, and then select the encyclopedia.
3 Click Tools> Encyclopedia Schema.
4 Select Enable Optimized XT Reader.
5 Click OK.
6 In System Architect Catalog Manager, right‑click the encyclopedia, and then click Publish Optimized XT Reader Views.
