Workspace administrators and users

The workspace functions that you can use depend on the role that you are assigned on encyclopedias.

Administrators can use SAEM and perform all tasks; while users can only use System Architect to perform some tasks.

Promote a workspace into a baseline	SAEM
Revert a baseline back to a workspace (provided it has no child workspaces)	SAEM
Delete a workspace	SAEM
Create workspaces under a baseline	SAEM	SA
Change a workspace name	SAEM	SA
Change a workspace description	SAEM	SA
Select a workspace to use	SAEM	SA or SA XT

The roles are managed by an administrator by using System Architect Catalog Manager.
