Importing and exporting information
You can import and export information to and from an encyclopedia. Information in a System Architect encyclopedia consists of two basic components: the graphical diagram information, and the underlying symbol definitions.
System Architect’s import/export facilities include:
Import/export diagram and definition information through System Architect XML.
Import/export definition information through BPMN XML (BPMN Business Process diagrams only).
Import/export definitions in CSV or text format.
Import/export XSD information (UML Class models only).
Use System Architect’s published Object Model to interface with native Microsoft Visual Basic Application support and other program development tools.
Merge and extract between other System Architect encyclopedias.
