Browse the table of contents
|
If the contents pane is not visible, click the Contents icon  in the top-left of the toolbar. The table of contents is an expandable list of important topics. To display a topic, click its entry.Note To hide a visible contents pane, click the Contents icon  in the top-left of the toolbar. |

Perform a search
|
You can perform these types of search:
▪Word search
For example, if you type basic direct, the search returns all documents that contain the word “basic” and the word “direct”. ▪Phrase search For example, if you type "basic direct" (including the double quotes), the search returns all documents that contain the phrase “basic direct”. Enter your criteria in the search input area near the top-left of the toolbar (or leave it blank; all search words and phrases have an implicit AND), and then click the magnifying glass icon  (or press Enter). The main Search panel will be displayed; if you specified criteria in the search area, any matching topics will be shown. To display a topic, click its entry.Note If you perform a search from the main Search panel then progressive search is enabled – that is, result suggestions appear before you have completed your search input. Also, searches performed from this panel are saved for future use. |

Display the last topic that you viewed
|
Click the Back button in your browser.
|

Display the previous topic in the table of contents
|
Click the Previous icon  near the top-right of the toolbar. |
|
Return to the Home (that is, Splash) topic
|
Click the Home icon  near the top-right of the toolbar. |
|
Display the next topic in the table of contents
|
Click the Next icon  near the top-right of the toolbar. |
|
Copy text from a topic
|
Drag the mouse over the text to select it, right‑click and then click Copy.
You can then Paste the text into another application.

Translate a topic
|
(Applicable only if the help is hosted on a web server.) Click the Google Translate icon  near the top-left of the toolbar. The Google Translate facility will be invoked, which enables you to display the page being viewed in another language. |

Print a topic
|
Click the Print icon  near the top-right of the toolbar. |

Email feedback on a topic to the technical authors
|
Click the E-Mail icon  near the top-right of the toolbar.Note In the resulting email template, the Subject and main body will be pre‑filled with the topic’s path. |
