The Project Viewpoint is used to model the management of architecture change – from the “as-is” Enterprise Architecture to a future “to-be” state. The Project Viewpoint:
▪Is intended to inform managers, enterprise architects, and employees of the Enterprise Architecture vision, motivation, and policies.
▪Relates business goals to programs and projects (through Work Packages). You can then analyze at a high level whether all business goals are covered sufficiently by the current portfolio(s).
