The rank property selected in the Application Portfolio Management profile is used in Focal Point^® to update the ranking of data elements. The rank is of the format 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and is not in the % format. In the Visualize mode of the SA Application view, the Rank the elements option is available in Focal Point^®, as shown below.

Selecting the Rank The Element option presents the dialog below, where you choose the attributes in which to store the Ranks. The Rank attribute is available as option in the SA Application view, and you select that attribute to store the Rank value. The ranking scheme you choose will be 1,2, 3,or 4. The Rank field in Focal Point^® should be of the type “Integer” and it should only be populated as shown above, or the out-of-the-box features may not work properly.
