To complete the following procedure you must posses the required permissions to logon to the server from where you are importing artifacts you have already imported before.
1 Open the encyclopedia into which you are re-importing artifacts.
2 From the Explorer, click the Show More Buttons/Shown Fewer Buttons icon at the bottom of the pane and select Rational Asset Manager.
3 Expand the nodes Definitions > RAM Asset.
4 Right-click an item, and then click Import asset(s).
The RAM URL field is pre-populated.
5 Enter a valid User Name and Password.
The RAM Asset fields are pre-populated.
6 Follow the same procedure used to import encyclopedia artifact(s) the first time.
