User attributes
You can view and specify the user attributes by clicking Administration from the User menu. Click Users, and then click User Attributes to view the available user attributes. Click an attribute to configure the attribute.To specify user attributes, you must either be a global administrator or have the permission to add users.

Prefix
An identifier for the user
Full Name
The given name and family name of the user
Information
Additional information about the user
My Views
The views that the user can access from the navigation bar
Login Name
The unique name that the user uses to log in
Password
The password used to log in
E-mail
The user’s email address
User Type
The user’s type of access, which can be regular user, global administrator, team user, or stakeholder
Read Only
An attribute, when set to Yes, that prevents the user from viewing the workspaces that they do not have access to
Login Disabled
An attribute, when set to Yes, that prevents a user from logging in
Authentication
The method that the user uses to authenticate. If this attribute is set to Rational Directory Server or Web Single Sign-On, first ensure that the user exists in the chosen authentication solution.
First Login
The date when the user logged in for the first time
Number of Logins
The most recent date that the user logged in
Last Login
The number of times the user has logged in
Inherit from
The member or folder that the current member inherits My Home, My Views and Permissions from
Workspace Membership
Link list attribute that displays links to workspaces where the user is a member.
Owner
The owner of the user
Creator
The creator of the user
Created Date
The date when the user was created
Last Changed By
The name of the user who last changed the user details
Last Changed Date
The date when the user details were last changed
