Editing notifications
If you are a workspace administrator or have the Notifications and Messages permission, you can edit notifications. Notifications are emails that you can send to users about the content of a view.
If you are a regular user, to edit a notification, you must have access to the view that the notification is based on.
Changing a notification
1 Click the Settings icon Settings icon and then, from the Configure group, click Notifications.
2 Click the Edit icon for the notification.
The Edit icon is available only if you have access to the view on which the notification is based.
3 Edit the attributes.
If you change the view for a notification, the Send to the members in field is reset.
4 Click OK.
Deleting a notification
1 Click the Settings icon Settings icon and then, from the Configure group, click Notifications.
2 Click the Delete icon Delete icon for the notification.
