A history log is maintained automatically for global settings such as mail, support and contact, proxy, login page, security, data access, synchronization, and Rational Change Integration.
Procedure
1 Log in to Focal Point®.
2 From the user menu, select Administration.
3 Click Application, and select the setting for which you want to view the history log.
4 To view the history log, click the Show Configuration History icon . The history log is displayed. The log entries are grouped according to their time stamp.
5 To expand the nodes in the history log, click Expand All. To collapse the nodes, click Collapse All.
6 To filter the data according to the time of change, the user who made the change, or the setting that was changed, select the Time Scope, User Scope, or Setting Scope filters.
