The history log contains changes to global settings, workspaces, modules, attributes, and notifications. The history log is maintained automatically for the changes to the global settings. For workspace configuration settings, the history is maintained only if the history log is enabled for the workspace. The logs cannot be deleted, and each log displays a maximum of hundred log entries at a time. You can use the filters to filter the log data according to your requirement.
