The workspace configuration history log is maintained for the workspaces where the Enable workspace configuration history log setting is configured to Yes.
Procedure
1 Log in to Focal Point® workspace as a workspace administrator.
2 Click the Settings icon and then, from the Configure group, click Workspace.
3 To view the history log for a workspace, click the Show configuration history icon in the workspace record. The history log is displayed. The log entries are grouped according to their time stamp.
4 To expand the nodes in the history log, click Expand All. To collapse the nodes, click Collapse All.
5 To filter the data according to the time of change, the user who made the change, or the setting that was changed, use the Time Scope, Member Scope, or Setting Scope filters.
