The history log records the changes to all of the attributes in the modules for which the Log history setting is enabled.
Procedure
1 Log in to a Focal Point® workspace as a workspace administrator.
2 Click the Display menu and then, from the Modules group, select the module for which to view the configuration history.
3 From the Actions menu of the module, select Logged Changes. The history log for all of the attributes belonging to the selected module is displayed.
4 Click the attribute name to view the history log for a specific attribute.
5 To expand the nodes in the history log, click Expand All. To collapse the nodes, click Collapse All.
6 To filter the data according to the time of change, the user who made the change, or the attribute that was changed, use the Time Scope, Member Scope, or Attribute Scope filters.
