Creating an application portfolio management workspace
To create an application portfolio management workspace, you can use the template that is in the product.
Before you begin
To add a workspace, you must either be a Global administrator or have the Global permission.
Procedure
1 Make sure that all of the workspaces are closed.
2 Click General, and then select Workspaces.
3 On the Administer Workspaces page, click Add Workspace.
4 Select Template: Application portfolio management.
5 Enter a name and description for the workspace.
6 From the Responsible list, select the user who is responsible for maintaining the workspace.
7 From the User Administrator list, select an administrator for the workspace.
8 Select an icon, a workspace list color, the date format, and the navigation bar view for the workspace.
9 Click OK.
The application portfolio management workspace is created.
