Procedure
1 Create and prioritize business needs in Focal Point®.
2 Create a project proposal and add the scoped business needs that needs to be implemented.
3 Review the project proposal and set them to ready for implementation status in Focal Point®.
Generally, only the prioritized business needs gets implemented.
