Integrating : Focal Point® and the Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management : Integrating with the Change and Configuration Management application : Removing links to work items

Removing links to work items
You can remove links to work items. When links to work items are removed, the links from the CLM artifact to the linked element in Focal Point® are still intact.
Before you begin
In a view that shows projects with linked elements, configure a view command for removing links. For more information, see Adding view commands for bulk operations on artifacts in Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management applications.
To remove links to work items, elements must be published as work items.
Procedure
1 Open the project view that has a view command for removing links.
2 Select the element that links to the elements to remove links from.
3 Click the Remove the associated links icon Remove link.
If the login page of the CCM application is displayed, log on by using your CCM application credentials.
4 On the “Select elements to remove links from” page, make these selections:
In the Attribute where the CLM servers were configured list, select the Integration Link attribute where the link to the CLM artifact is stored.
In the Allowed CLM servers list, select the CCM application where the links are stored.
Select the elements to remove links from by clicking the Add and Remove buttons. Click Next.
