Select Tim Jeffs and Carl Riggs, and click Next. Do not change the access details. The default settings are that both members inherit My Home, My views, and Permissions from the parent folder. Click Finish.
2 On the menu bar, click the logged in user name, which in this case is Admin.
Click Administration and, on the Users tab, click Administer Users.
Expand the Users folder and click Tim Jeffs.
On the user name header, click the Actions link and then click Manage Access.

3 For the Access column, select Workspace Administrator, and then click OK.
4 Repeat steps 2 and 3 to specify the access rights of Carl Riggs to be that of a regular member. Because the default access type to members is that of a regular member, you are shown a message that no changes were made for Carl Riggs.
5 Click Workspaces, and then click the Sample Project workspace.
6 On the menu bar, click the Settings icon Settings icon and, in the Members group, click Manage.
7 Expand the Members folder and click Carl Riggs. Under the Mandatory Attributes section, look at the Inherit From attribute. The inheritance is set to the Members parent folder, which is underlined with a dotted line. To edit the inheritance, click the dotted line and then click Lookup. From the Search results box, click PMO, and then click OK. Then, click the Save icon Save.
You assigned the PMO role to Carl Riggs, who will create and publish business needs in his role as PMO.
8 Repeat the previous step for Tim Jeffs: assign to him the Steering Committee role.
Tim and Carl are now added to the Sample Project workspace and assigned roles.
