Deleting members
Users can be deleted as members from the current workspace only, or from all workspaces, including the database.
Before you begin
You cannot delete yourself or an administrator who has the “May be configured by” module configuration attribute set for a module in the workspace.
If you delete a member from a workspace, any prioritizations that the member has set are lost. If you delete a member that other members inherit from, the inheriting members lose access to their inherited My Views, My Home, and Permissions.
Procedure
1 Login to the workspace as an administrator.
2 Click the Settings icon Settings icon and then, from the Members group, click Manage. The user roles and the members belonging to each user role, in the workspace are listed.
3 In the tree structure, select the member to delete.
4 In the member header row, from the Actions menu for the selected member, select Delete Member.
Results
The member is deleted.
