Sending account information to members
About this task
Global administrators of Focal Point can send account information to any selected member.
Procedure
1 Login to Focal Point as a global administrator.
2 Click the Settings icon Settings icon and then, from the Users group, click Administer Users.
3 From the Users folder, select the member that you want to send account information to.
A frame with the user information is displayed.
4 From the Actions menu in the frame, select Send Account Information.
A confirmation message is displayed.
5 Click OK.
6 If you want to include a message in the email, type the message in the Message area.
7 Click OK.
Results
The account information is sent to the member.
