Base the notification on the view
|
Select a view with the rule:
All elements in the Defects module whose
type is a folder is false AND Status is New AND Severity is Severe Ensure that the view contains all the attributes to be included in the email, such as ID, Title, Description, Reported By, Created Date, Product, and Product Version. Ensure that the attributes are visible.

Use date and number format settings of the member

Select a member whose date and number format settings you want to use in the notification.

Send a notification with

Look for changes every

Select Every Monday.
