Notifications about unresolved defects: example
This example sends the list of all severe defects that are not handled to the development manager every week.
To configure this notification, you might specify these settings:

This notification sends an email to the
Development Manager with a list of all
severe and unhandled defects. The list is
sent every week.
Base the notification on the view
Select a view with the rule:
All elements in the Defects module whose
type is a folder is false AND Status is New
AND Severity is Severe
Ensure that the view contains all the attributes to be included in the email, such as ID, Title, Description, Reported By, Created Date, Product, and Product Version. Ensure that the attributes are visible.
Use date and number format settings of the member
Select a member whose date and number format settings you want to use in the notification.
Send a notification with
Select all current content.
Look for changes every
Select Every Monday.
Send to members in
Select View: Development manager.
This view has the rule: All elements in the Members module whose Parent Folder is Development Manager.
