Supported Voice Commands
The following are the commands that are available when you edit a single element by using edit all attributes or add a new element by using the add view, add element, create element from, or add to other menu options.
The following table describes the voice commands that are available for editing attributes:

Float
Set attribute-name with value
Examples:
Set attribute-name with 0.2
Set attribute-name with ½
Float commands including fractions (for example, ½) are automatically converted to decimals.
Only numerical values (whole numbers and decimals) are allowed with this command.
Integer
Set attribute-name with value
Examples:
Set attribute-name with zero
Set
attribute-name with 50
Words that describe numbers are automatically converted (for example, one, two and so on).
Only whole number values are accepted.
Text
Set attribute-name with phrase
Example:
Set attribute-name with have a good day
Text commands capture the phrase from the word to to the next set word.
Choice
Set attribute-name with choice-value
Example:
Set attribute-name with pink
Choice commands only accept valid choices.
Choices can be single words or multiple words.
Checkbox
Set attribute-name with value
Examples:
Set attribute-name with on
Set
attribute-name with off
Checkbox commands only take the values on and off:
on indicates the first choice in the list
off indicates the second choice in the list
Multi-choice
Set attribute-name with choice#1 and choice#2 [and choice#n]
Example:
Set attribute-name with blue and pink
Multi choice commands accept valid choice options regardless of length.
You can reset the multi choice attribute by saying Set attribute-name to.
Multiple choices must be connected by the word and.
URL
Set attribute-name with web-site
Example:
Set attribute-name with google.com
URL commands check that the web address is valid before setting the attribute.
Tag
Set attribute-name with phrase
Example:
Set attribute-name with finance
Tag commands capture a phrase from the word to to the next set word.
Date
Set attribute-name with date
Examples:
Set attribute-name with today
Set
attribute-name with April 5th
Set
attribute-name with April 5th 1999
Date commands check if the date is valid before setting the attribute.
If no year is specified, the current year is assumed.

To enter the selection process:
1 Set attribute-name with select

To cancel the selection process:
Set attribute-name with cancel
You must be in the selection window to use the cancel command.
List
To enter the selection process:
1 Set attribute-name with select
2 Set attribute-name with value and value
To cancel the selection process:
Set attribute-name with cancel
You must be in the selection window to use the cancel command.
Owner
To enter the selection process:
1 Set attribute-name with select
2 Set attribute-name with value
To cancel the selection process:
Set attribute-name with cancel
You must be in the selection window to use the cancel command.
Header
Set attribute-name with value
Examples:
Set attribute-name with open
Set
attribute-name with close
Header commands expand and collapse headers regardless of the page layout.
Matrix
To set a cell value:
Set attribute-name with value on row row#N column col#X
To add a row:
Set attribute-name with add row
To add a column:
Set attribute-name with add column
To clear a cell value:
Set attribute-name with clear on row row#N column col#X
Matrix commands update the value in the specified cell.
To access the column before column a, use zero for the column name. For example:
Set attribute-name to value on row row#N column zero
The following table describes the voice commands that you can use for movement and control:
 
Command

next
Moves the pointer and indicator to the next supported attribute.
back
Moves the pointer and indicator to the previous supported attribute.
save
Saves the entire element.
terminate
Cancels the edit or add operation and no changes are saved.
stop
Stops speech recognition.
clear
Clears the currently selected attribute value.
Note For attributes of type Text, Integer, Float, Date, and Matrix, you can click on the individual input fields and use voice commands without specifying the attribute names. For example, you can say 'Set with 100' to set an integer attribute or matrix cell to 100, if the input field has the focus.
