Adding the UNICOM license file details
1 Open the fp.properties file that is this folder:
FocalPoint-InstallDir/server/conf/fp/
2 Add these lines if not present:
licenseType=ULTCSERVER
licenseLocation=127.0.0.1:7498
If your license server is on a different computer to Focal Point, change 127.0.0.1 to that computer’s IP address.
If your UNICOM license server does not use the default port (7498), also change that value.
For a named user license
If you are using a named user license, make sure:
▪ You have a named users file called License.FP.NamedUsers (the name is case‑sensitive)
▪ The file is in the same folder as your License.FP file.
▪ The file contains the names of all users who are authorized to access Focal Point.
▪ The names in [ ] (brackets) must be the same as the names that are mentioned in the License.FP file.
▪ Each user name is on a separate line.
