Expand the project scope
New business needs might get added subsequently and scoped into the project. These business needs must be published into Rational Team Concert for elaboration. Similarly, new work items might be defined Rational Team Concert that must be communicated with the management and defined within the project scope as business needs.
Procedure
1 If new business needs are added to the project scope in Focal Point, use the OSLC View command to publish the new business needs as work items into the existing project area of Rational Team Concert: see Bulk linking and creating requirements for linked elements by publishing data in a CLM application.
When you publish the artifacts, ensure that you select only the new business needs for publishing.
2 If any new work item must be created as a new business need in Focal Point, use the Focal Point delegated resource creation dialog, and publish the artifact as a business need into Focal Point: see Delegated resource creation dialog.
