To see what a view looks like from the perspective of a user who has access to that view, you can test a view that you created.
About this task
If the view to test contains a rule that is set to Current user, you can see the view from the perspective of a specific member in the workspace. Administrators might test a view to understand the behavior of the view when a non-administrator user opens the view.
Procedure
1 Click the Settings icon , and then from the Configure group, click Views.
2 Select a view.
3 From the Actions menu of the view, click Test View For Another Member.
4 Select the member of the workspace.
A list of the elements in this view that the selected user can view, is displayed.
