The access log stores usage information about Display views. The log shows the name of the view, the date that it was last used, the users who last accessed it, and the number of times that it was used.
About this task
The View Access Log button is visible only when you click the top folder for the views. You can view the usage of the Display views only.
Procedure
1 Click the Settings icon , and then, from the Configure group, click Views.
2 Click the folder containing the views.
3 From the Actions menu, select View Access Log.
Results
The usage information about the Display views in that folder is shown.
